Global Leadership Facilitator & Executive Coach

A best selling author and inspiring keynote speaker, as well as a seasoned Global Learning and Development Professional, Executive Coach with many years of experience in the EMEA Region. On a more personal basis, I consider myself a woman of purpose and a privileged executive partner, who works alongside change leaders, entrepreneurs and deciders to support them in their authentic development, transformation and to shift paradigms. My particular focus is on triggering authenticity in leadership to transform businesses and leaders, so that in turn it shifts paradigms. I work in English, French and Italian (with Spanish soon to come). As a Multilingual Senior Global Executive Coach & Leadership Development Facilitator, I have 20+ years’ experience in the delivery of executive coaching and development programmes for multinational blue chip companies across industries and business sectors with people from director/senior executive level to graduates. In today’s rapidly changing world, I believe the human factor has considerably grown in importance. Leaders are expected to be authentic, well equipped skill wise, with a global mindset and the ability to be agile and adapt. This is a long list, one that can be learned with a set of tools, though I am convinced that what really makes the difference is self-development. By this, I mean going deeper into one’s own development, without diving into psychology, and experimenting fully. I favour Emotional and Intuitional Intelligences, finding one’s own internal sources of action, and in short, the ability to connect to self, the others and the business, as well as to adapt to a wider context. Being a strong advocate of the difference people make in organisations, I support valuing them and helping them develop, while also having the ability to say “no” clearly, and to gauge the right distance to adopt. Last but not least, having the ability to put oneself into someone else’s shoes, hence viewing different perspectives, and improvise “on two feet”, are all part of a set of competencies that impact results and make a difference.
