When and How to Say No

Too many people feel stretched thin, constantly busy but still unable to do the things that truly matter to them. Traditional time management isn’t always enough. The real key is learning to say yes to the right things—and confidently say no to the rest. This course is designed to help you stop overcommitting and start taking control of your time and energy.
If you struggle to say “no” because you fear being seen as negative, letting people down, or missing out, this course will give you the tools to overcome those fears. You’ll learn practical strategies for setting healthy boundaries, communicating with clarity, and protecting your priorities without guilt. Say no with confidence—and say yes to a life you actually want.
