About This Course

Storytelling is one of the most powerful—and underused—tools in small business marketing. This course will teach you how to craft and use stories strategically to boost your brand, connect with your audience, and stand out in a crowded market. But this isn't about fairy tales or oversharing. You'll learn how to tell the right story, at the right time, for real business results.

Forget the myths about always being vulnerable or following a hero’s journey. Instead, you'll discover how to identify impactful stories from your business experience, use them across platforms, and present them in a way that builds trust and drives action. Whether you’re marketing online, in-person, or anywhere in between, this course gives you a practical framework to tell better stories and market more effectively.
