About This Course

Can anything really be done about workplace bullies? The answer is yes. Behavioral scientists have known for years how to eliminate unwanted behavior. It’s time we start applying this knowledge in the workplace.

This is basically a crash course in behavioral psychology as it applies to harassing or abusive behavior in the workplace; paying particular attention to the retaliation dynamic which is predicted by the behavioral model. If you don’t control that, the cycle escalates and repeats. Employment lawyers, HR professionals, and Business Leaders all need to know what ideally should be done and what realistically can be done to stop the harassment from occurring.

This course will help you understand what effective anti-harassment policies and processes look like when they are grounded in science. The material in this course is based on the behavioral psychology techniques of operant conditioning and it is designed to help you learn what science tells us works to stop bullying, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace as well as what things employers should not be doing because it exacerbates the problem.

Bullying in the workplace has been tolerated for far too long. It’s time to get serious and learn what you need to do to protect your workforce.

If you want realistic, science-based information on how to handle the bullying issue once and for all take this course. Unlike most training that focuses on the law and little else, this course is based in a behavioral science approach and will provide you with the knowledge you need to tackle bullying in your workplace successfully, ethically, and compassionately.

Benefits of this Course: “I won’t just tell you how to get bullies to stop. I’m going to explain why most attempts to get bullies to stop fail and how you can avoid making those same mistakes.” – Jen Hancock
