Reasons and Solutions.

In the Shrugging off the Constraints of Micromanagement Reasons & Solutions, students will learn why people micromanage and consequences on organisations of micromanagement. They will learn the difference between micromanagement and workplace bullying. Students will learn how to address a micromanager who is fearful and a micromanager who is anger. Strategies on how to establish trust and improve communication will be presented.
