Joe Egan started in the construction business when he was 16 years old. For 30 years he was an owner of one of the largest construction companies in the nation. (The Egan Companies) During those years he negotiated millions of dollars in construction contracts based on the right price, not the low price, using the same presentation skills described in this presentation. Now, Joe is the owner of his consulting company: Egan Connection Inc. and his publishing company: Egan Publications Inc. He has authored four world-wide selling books specific to the construction industry. Joe is also on the Advisory Board for Minnesota State University - School of Construction Management and a past Supervisory Training Instructor for the Associated General Contractors (AGC). Joe has written featured articles for Construction Business Owners magazine and is hired by contractors nationwide to speak at company events.
