Orlan serves as EY Americas ESG Markets Leader, leading the creation and integration of existing offerings to create a comprehensive ESG go-to-market solution and identifying emerging opportunities in this rapidly evolving market. He is also the EY Senior Advisory Partner for Johnson & Johnson and Bristol Myers Squibb. As Senior Relationship Partner for Goldman Sachs, he serves on the “Launch With GS” Advisory Council, advising on Goldman’s social justice, DE&I and inclusive capital efforts with diverse technology entrepreneurs and VC fund managers. He is a member of EY’s Global Social Equity Task Force. Previously, he served as EY Global Account Excellence & Innovation Leader, EY Global Client Services Partner for Johnson & Johnson, and EY Global Markets Leadership Team member. His consulting career spans strategy, operations, transformation and M&A strategy and transactions across healthcare, life sciences, consumer products and technology sectors.
