About This Course

An insightful, practical course designed for HR and T&D leaders on how to build a high-performance culture for competitive gain. The course is based on two different yet inter-related methodologies:

  • The instructor’s proprietary, research-based methodology―Organizational Archaeology™― which is designed to help analyze and manage corporate culture. An accompanying 80-page (Adobe PDF) workbook contains data-collection strategies and planning grids to apply the skills presented in the course in real-life culture-improvement initiatives. Ideal for HR team use.

  • The instructor’s communication planning framework known as Organizational Acupuncture™. Based on principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the techniques taught in the course can help fix “broken” or “toxic” cultures, as well as address communication challenges caused by ineffective channels or company “silos.” An accompanying business eBook is provided for supplemental reading.

The lesson videos and materials are designed to help you understand the dynamics of corporate culture in order to enhance organizational effectiveness. Together, more than 6,000 students in 142 countries have taken the Organizational Archaeology™ and Organizational Acupuncture™ eLearning courses.
