The Practical Skills You Need for Day-to-Day Negotiations at Work.

No matter what your role in business or public service, you are going to need to negotiate sometimes. And for many, this can be a daunting prospect!
This course has four sections that cover everything that you need to be able to negotiate confidently as a manager, supervisor, or business professional.
To support the 29 video lectures (in four sections), there is a workbook containing suggested exercises for each lecture and a CPD record you can use to track your progress.
This course is created and delivered by Dr Mike Clayton, author of Kogan Page's 2025 best-seller, 'How to Negotiate.'
