How to improve productivity using the latest research in motivation and stress management
In leading your teams to productive results, one must effectively manage the completion of the project goal, the team as a whole and the individuals on the team. Understanding how to create and maintain a motivating environment can be challenging given the differing individual and team incentives involved in completing the project. Motivation is a powerful tool that research shows can lead to increased productivity within teams.
The first part of the course will provide "Daily Show" style look at 3 recent research studies that can be used to improve motivation and increase productivity within teams. The second part of the course will examine the concept of collective intelligence and how you can affect the collective intelligence of the team. In the final part of this course, we will explore root causes of stress and pressure that negatively impacts our professional and personal health.
The course will then provide you with established tools and techniques that can be implemented immediately to help address these stressors and improve your quality of life.
