Be a leader in improving society's mental health

If you're passionate about supporting others and promoting mental health, this course is for you. Designed for anyone with a genuine desire to make a positive impact—no prior experience required—it introduces you to common mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bereavement, addiction, self-harm, suicide, and dementia. You'll learn to offer support using the REAL Support Framework (REAL-SF)—a simple, 6-step model that helps you respond confidently and compassionately.
In the second half of the course, you'll focus on mental health advocacy: raising awareness, reducing stigma, and educating others to create healthier communities. By the end, you’ll be equipped to serve as a Mental Health Ambassador, promoting understanding and offering real support to those in need.
