Learn strategies to help calm yourself and regain control if you are becoming stressed at work. Learn to process stress constructively, build resilience and perform more effectively.

The pressure on us all to achieve results can result in feelings of stress and being overwhelmed. We all get anxious and stressed at different times, in different situations. The first step is to recognize when you’re overloaded. We must look for the warning signs and ask for help when feeling stressed or overloaded.
In this course, you will learn to stop bottling up stress and discuss and prioritize your concerns and find relaxing ways to be calm. You will also become more attuned to issues with coworkers and care about their issues rather than ignoring their anxieties.
Learn to manage overload and break a digital addiction. We can learn to process stress constructively and improve our wellbeing with simple stretching and strategies to worry less.
Setbacks happen to everyone. What's important is how we handle them. How we overcome setbacks and learn from them determines how we move forward — as individuals and as a team. No matter what kind of setback it is there are things you can do to help you overcome your disappointment. Pick yourself up and move forward with a positive mindset. Ask for feedback and advice, and learn from setbacks.
In this program we present 15 ways to manage stress. As you go through the range think about what might work for you.
