About This Course

This course examines ways to improve governance in smaller not-for-profit organizations in Canada. It presents practical knowledge and tools to empower CPAs to implement strategies that are aligned with their organizational culture and leadership. He has served on the CMA Ontario's Review Committee prior to the merger as well.
