A Step-By-Step Guide for Filmmakers on Creating Your Own Documentary Film or Series, and How to Sell it to Broadcasters

If you're ready to take your filmmaking dreams to the next level, this course will guide you through the process.
This course demystifies the creation of professional, broadcast-quality documentary content and goes further by showing you what most instructors don't—how to actually sell that content to broadcasters.
I will walk you through the entire process, step-by-step, covering pre-production, production, post-production, and the selling process.
How do I know all this? Because I did it all myself, with two friends and hardly any money. Our series ended up on television in Australia and Europe, as well as on Netflix internationally and Amazon Prime.
We didn’t have a coach to guide us through the entire process, but you will. I’ll help you with everything from preparing for your shoot and determining the equipment you might need, to filming, post-production, exporting to broadcast standards, and understanding the various ways shows are sold. I'll even discuss some psychological aspects of undertaking a project like this.
If you thought it wasn't possible to get your documentary film or series onto a platform like Netflix, this course will show you otherwise. It’s designed for filmmakers who have a shoestring budget and a can-do attitude

Netflix/MTV/Viceland Director helping filmmakers bring their big ideas to life
Pawel Jarecki is an Australian Director who has worked for the likes of Netflix, SBS, Viceland, MTV, and as a cameraman for large broadcast formats such as Grand Designs, The Amazing Race, Hunted, and many more. A few years ago he stepped up his career by making his own documentary series with two friends and selling it to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and various broadcasters around the world. This project taught him that it's possible for a filmmaker with a small budget to bypass the traditional gatekeepers and get their content out to an international audience through broadcasters and streaming services. He is now creating educational & motivational content to help enable others to make their dream projects come to life.
