Ken's journey into corporate training began many years ago as a first-year grad student in a Behavioral Psychology Ph.D. program. All new grad students were given the task of teaching two Psychology 101 courses. This stressed Ken out tremendously. However, that first year would ultimately be the spark that ignited Ken's passion in classroom - and then corporate - learning. Ken has had tremendous success teaching others how to purposefully engage their corporate learners. And when you learn to engage in unexpected ways, you can truly create memorable learning experiences. And it is those 3 components - Engaging, Memorable, and Unexpected - that make up Ken''s unique approach to learning; what he calls "The EMU Experience." The EMU Experience is all about teaching corporate trainers and instructors how to talk less and get their learners talking more. When you do that, your learners will actually retain more of your content. It is a simple strategy that can be both fun and challenging to implement. Let Ken show you how to engage your learners early, often and on purpose!
