About This Course

There is an abundance of books, articles, courses, and seminars on leadership. Many are taught by outstanding corporate or political leaders who have made their mark in the world. The learnings come from the successes and failures experienced by individuals while working their way through the organizational structure.

However, what these leadership classes don’t tell us is how to “find the leader within”. In other words, not everyone is meant to be a corporate CEO, but that does not mean you can’t be a leader. The connotation of leadership extends far beyond any individual corporate title.

Why Should You Attend This course will step beyond the traditional leadership styles and techniques and challenge you to identify your individual talents and the leader within. We will step into the psychology of what it takes to be a leader in today’s business world and discuss how you can evaluate your own individual skills and traits to determine your personal leadership path on your way to a successful career. We will use real-life scenarios and examples of today’s leaders and evaluate how those successes/failures impacted their individual careers and futures. You will come away from this session with a method to help you identify your individual leadership aspirations and a path to success.

-Leadership in today’s business world – what it takes -Defining the meaning of leadership and its application to individual roles -How personalities, culture, organizational setting contribute to leadership styles. -Finding your passion and building it into a leadership profile.
