Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace in Canada.

In this course we learn what diversity in the workplace means and how a workforce that is made up of a variety of people from different social categories such culture, age, gender, and sexual orientation can work towards an inclusive work environment through accepting, appreciating and respecting the unique differences of others. Without inclusion, the workplace may see complex issues such as job discrimination, racial & cultural prejudices, pay inequity, age discrimination, and harassment of diverse others.
