About This Course

In this course you will learn about setting personal boundaries, managing manipulative and aggressive people, and the skills and strategies for conducting successful discipline interviews. One very effective way of knowing how to handle conflicts (both overt and covert) at work is by understanding boundaries. Boundaries help define ourselves and protect us. You can now gain an understanding of boundaries and learn some psychological tools to manage your boundaries or help others to manage theirs.
