This course will cover cyber security situations you will run into while traveling and technology that can be used to help keep you safe. It will go over the triangle of security, wireless and wired situations, threats, countermeasures and a simple demonstration.
This course will primarily raise awareness of travel situations commonly encountered while trying to maintain connectivity. This includes open WiFi techniques, using SSL, using VPNs, etc.

As one of the first operational Army Electronic Warfare Officers since the Cold War, he has some gained some very unique experience. He is a Master of Science in Computer Engineering, open source/collaboration proponent, technology integrator and proven innovator. His career has gained him additional experience in Global Positioning System, Missile Defense, Software Development, System of Systems Integration and Cyber Security. Jordan has a Security+, is an active member of the Association of Old Crows and IEEE.
