Demystifying ethical dilemmas by using a joined-up approach. In the session, we will set out a methodology and then apply it to real-world case studies encountered by our members.

  • Solutionizing: Brainstorm and identify all available options, including seeking external advice from colleagues, supervisors, or experts.

  • Interrogating: Critically examine the benefits and drawbacks of each potential solution.

  • Evaluating: Weigh the various options, considering their potential outcomes, public perception, and alignment with your values and organizational mission.

  • Executing: Implement your chosen solution, communicate it effectively, document your rationale thoroughly, and reflect on the process for future learning.
