Gabe founded Silicon Valley Accountants (SVA) in 2008. Gabe has been a Senior Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, an Assistant Controller at a public company and a Director of Finance at a private Silicon Valley start-up. His time at PwC includes over 10 years in their Audit and Advisory services managing SEC registrant audits, advising on M&A transactions and helping clients achieve Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. At SVA, Gabe primarily focuses on financial effectiveness; however, he also advises clients on financial reporting matters, assists with mergers and integrations, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance processes. Gabe teaches professional education courses on topics including: Mastering Audit Management, FASB updates, Revenue Recognition, Business Combinations, Software Revenue Recognition, Leveraging Change to Create Process Improvement Opportunities and Optimizing the Accounting Close and Financial Reporting.
