About This Course

This course will help learners with the basics of creating a career development plan. These plans can then be used to set personal direction, to share in coaching conversations with their manager at work, or as a tool to develop the skills needed for a dream role. 

We will discuss the benefits of a plan, how to set direction, tips for self-reflection, and provide a template and structure for goal setting within your plan. 

This is intended to be a simple, high-impact session for learners at any career stage.
