About This Course

Becoming a leader for the first time is both exciting and uncomfortable at the same time!

More often than not, leaders become leaders, not for their leadership skills but for the actual technical skill they were originally hired for. This is true for finance, accounting, engineering, or any other profession. Learning basic leadership skills to increase confidence goes a long way in building trust in your employees, and in your overall success as a leader.

The course was designed with the new leader in mind. While confidence is something that really can't be learned, this workshop provides 7 ways to help in becoming more confident over time.
