About This Course

"Interviewing and Getting to the Truth" course equips coaches with advanced techniques to build their ability to elicit honest responses and navigate complex client dynamics. Participants will learn to analyze narrative statements, understand the motivations behind dishonesty, and profile interviewees to tailor their approach. The course introduces expert questions designed to uncover the truth in interviews, negotiations, or conversations while also teaching effective strategies for managing passive-aggressive behaviors.

Additionally, participants will master science-backed rapport-building techniques, including the use of proxemics, prefix bridges, and other methods that create an open and supportive environment.
