Learners follow an office team navigating real-life scenarios that highlight how language and actions can impact coworkers—and how to do better. Unlike traditional courses, this one includes interactive exercises that challenge participants to apply what they’ve learned in practical situations.
It also includes a Connecticut-specific module that clearly explains employee rights and protections under state law. By the end of the course, participants will understand how to identify, prevent, and address harassment while promoting positive workplace culture.
