About This Course

In this course, you will learn how to adapt to a changing world. Technological advancement, including Artificial Intelligence, is presenting both individuals and leaders with new opportunities and threats. The opportunities include enhanced productivity, less time spent on preparing analysis, and more time considering the strategic perspectives arising from that analysis.

However, to achieve this, individuals and leaders must confront the challenges of letting go of the old while juggling the already busy and chaotic status quo and simultaneously adopting new technologies and developing new skillsets.

In this course, you will learn through best practices and case studies an approach to change. Change requires alignment between the actions, behaviors, beliefs, and experiences of leaders and staff alike to achieve the productivity and effectiveness promised by new technology adoption. You will walk away from the course with a toolkit you can use to advance, mature, and transform your finance function.
