This online training course addresses the Accessibility Standards, the AODA and the Ontario Human Rights Code. There are 5 standards under the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation, which includes the Customer Service Standard.
All employees, volunteers, people who develop policies, and people who provide goods, services or facilities on behalf of the organization must be trained as needed to perform the duties of their jobs. This training must be provided as soon as possible and on an ongoing basis such as when accessibility policies change.
Accessibility Standards, the AODA, and the Human Rights Code is an interactive online training course that shows what organizations must do to meet the requirements of the standards. It provides training on how to interact and communicate with people with various types of disabilities and those who use an assistive device or service animal or support person.
This program contains 1 hour of EDI Professionalism Content.

Pinnacle has been providing effective and current Health and Safety courses for over 10 years.
